HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Register Your Spot: Secure your place at the 10th 3D Tissue Models Summit. Please note: To submit a poster, you must be affiliated with a company or research institution that has a publicly available pipeline and does not offer pay-for-services, or be a partner of this event.

Approval Process: Your abstract will be reviewed and approved by our team.
Prepare for the Summit: once approved, bring your poster to the summit, ready to engage in insightful discussions
and networking!
THE PRIZE:
The winning posters will be selected by our advisory board during the meeting. They will receive an engraved trophy and certificate as part of the awards ceremony on the morning break of Day Two, and have their poster showcased on our website as a downloadable file.
The two categories in the competition are:
“Most Innovative Case Study from A Researcher or Drug Developer” – T&Cs apply
"Most Innovative Case Study from A Solution Provider/Platform Developer” – T&Cs apply
THE POSTER ADVISORY BOARD:



T&Cs:
- You must submit a poster before the deadline of Monday, April 21st 2025 to be considered
- Your poster can't be a sales pitch or be advertising your product or a service, it must be purely scientific, and data driven.
- Only submissions by pharma, biotech, and academic researchers will be considered for the “Most Innovative Case Study from A Researcher or Drug Developer” award, and only event partners will be considered for the "Most Innovative Case Study from A Solution Provider/Platform Developer” award. To be eligible for the researcher or drug developer category, the group or individual must be from a biotech or pharma company or research institution that has a publicly available pipeline and/or does not offer pay-for-services
- Posters are only accepted from registered attendees from a company that has a publicly available pipeline and/or does not offer pay-for-services, or a partner of this event
